JSTOR access problems from off-campus – a solution is available

The JSTOR academic database is currently experiencing some difficulties, resulting in users off campus not being able to access JSTOR.

To remedy this you can access JSTOR from off campus by using the University’s Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Using the VDI allows users to access materials while off campus in a  way that replicates the experience of being on a University PC on campus.

Details on using the VDI are available here: http://www.abdn.ac.uk/it/documents/factsheets/remote-access-vdi.pdf

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. JSTOR are currently working to rectify this situation.
